What is the difference between renew, cancel, archive and delete?

Choose the correct action when a renewal changes.
- Mark as renewed moves the item to a new future renewal date. You can also update its provider and cost. Premium keeps the previous date, provider and cost in renewal history.
- Mark as cancelled makes the item inactive and moves it to past renewals.
- Archive makes an inactive historical item without labelling it cancelled.
- Delete renewal permanently removes the record from the app and cancels its scheduled reminders.
Use Show past in All Renewals to view cancelled or archived items.
