Why am I not receiving reminders?

Check permission, timing and iOS notification settings.

Check the following:

  1. In DueScope, open Settings and check that Notifications shows On.
  2. If it shows Off, tap Open notification settings and allow alerts.
  3. Confirm the renewal is active and has a reminder selected.
  4. Confirm the reminder date has not already passed.
  5. Open DueScope after editing the date so notifications can be refreshed.
  6. Check Focus, Scheduled Summary and notification settings in iOS.

DueScope schedules reminders locally, but iOS controls final delivery.
