These terms apply when you use DueScope, operated by Reuben Enterprises. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
DueScope helps you record renewal and expiry dates, organise related details, estimate recurring annual costs and schedule reminders. It is an organisational tool only.
You are responsible for entering accurate information, checking provider terms and taking any required action before a renewal, cancellation or expiry deadline. DueScope does not renew, cancel or manage services with providers on your behalf.
Notifications, widgets and Apple Watch information are convenience features. Delivery and updates can be affected by device settings, permissions, battery state, connectivity and Apple platform limits. Do not rely on DueScope as the only record of a legally, financially or operationally critical deadline.
DueScope does not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax or other professional advice. Cost estimates are based on the values and billing frequency you enter and may not reflect taxes, price changes, usage charges or provider adjustments.
DueScope offers a one-year auto-renewable Premium subscription and a one-time lifetime Premium purchase. Prices and terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
The yearly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. Eligible purchases can be restored from DueScope Settings. Billing, refunds and purchase records are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and policies.
Premium features may require compatible versions of iOS, watchOS and Apple hardware. The lifetime purchase grants access to the available DueScope Premium features associated with the purchasing Apple Account for as long as the app and those features remain available; it is not a guarantee that every current feature or supported platform will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Do not misuse the app or support service, attempt to interfere with their operation, or submit unlawful, abusive or malicious content through support channels.
DueScope stores renewal information locally. You are responsible for your device, device backups and any information you enter. Removing the app deletes its local data, subject to Apple device backup settings.
DueScope can open URLs that you save. Reuben Enterprises does not control or endorse those third-party destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
DueScope is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reuben Enterprises does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery or that the app will prevent missed deadlines, charges, lapses or losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Features and these terms may change over time. Material changes will be reflected in the current version of these terms.
