How should I compare quotes that include different work?

Record the amount and use the included-work and notes fields to capture important differences.
For each quote, record the contractor or supplier, amount, date received, what is included, and any important exclusions or assumptions. This makes differences such as labour-only pricing, materials, delivery, waste removal, and tax easier to spot.
The app does not decide which quote is best. Check the contractor, scope, payment terms, insurance, and contract independently.
