This Privacy Policy explains how Reuben Enterprises ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in House Project Budget. Reuben Enterprises is the data controller for information it receives directly, such as support requests. Apple separately controls information it processes through the App Store and iCloud under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

The app stores project data locally on your iPhone by default. If you are a Premium user and choose to enable iCloud sync, the app copies your local projects into your private Apple iCloud database and uses CloudKit to sync them. Reuben Enterprises does not use your project data for advertising and does not operate a separate account system or project-data server for the app.
The app uses Apple's system camera, photo picker, and file picker only when you ask to add an attachment. It receives the photo you take or the items you select. It does not scan your entire photo library or file storage.

The app does not contain advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not sell your personal information.
House Project Budget uses:
Apple may process information in countries outside your own. Apple's processing is governed by its own privacy policy and account settings.
Local project data remains on your iPhone until you delete the relevant project or remove the app. If you enable iCloud sync, a copy remains in your private iCloud database until you delete it through the app or manage it through your Apple account. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to answer your request, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations.
You can delete a project inside the app. This also deletes that project's quotes, expenses, tasks, and attachments from the active data store. Removing the app deletes its local app data, but may not remove data already stored in iCloud. To remove iCloud data, delete projects while iCloud sync is active or use your Apple iCloud settings.
To request deletion of support correspondence held by Reuben Enterprises, email info@reubenenterprises.com. We may retain limited records where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of personal information held by us, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise a right relating to information held by Reuben Enterprises, contact info@reubenenterprises.com. Project data stored only on your device or in your private iCloud database is controlled through the app and your Apple account.
House Project Budget is intended for homeowners and other adults managing home projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide any notice required by law.
