Monitor and celebrate your strength milestones.
Track personal records (PRs) for each exercise:
Automatic PR Detection
LiftTracker automatically tracks:
- Heaviest weight lifted for each exercise
- Most reps completed at any weight
- Highest volume (weight × sets × reps)
- Best set performance
Viewing PRs
- Go to Progress tab
- Select an exercise
- View "Personal Best" section
- See records with dates achieved
PR Indicators
- Gold medal icon (🏆): Appears when you beat a record
- Highlighted workout: PRs highlighted in workout history
- Comparison view: See current vs. previous best
Setting New Records
PRs update automatically when you:
- Lift heavier than before
- Complete more reps at same weight
- Achieve higher total volume
- Beat previous best on any metric
Note: PRs are tracked per exercise. "Barbell Bench Press" and "Dumbbell Bench Press" are tracked separately.
Motivation Tip: Review your PRs monthly to see how far you've come. Even small improvements add up over time!
